Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VuStory. By signing in and using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. Questions: hello@vustory.com.

The service

VuStory turns a premise, script, or your own narration into an illustrated, narrated video with consistent characters, and can optionally publish it to your social accounts. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Your account

You sign in with Google and must provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country and, where required, at least the age of digital consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VuStory to create or distribute content that:

• is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or violates someone’s privacy;
• is sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual, hateful, or harassing material;
• impersonates a real person or organization in a deceptive way; or
• breaks the rules of the AI providers we use (Google, OpenAI, Higgsfield) or of any platform you publish to.

You are responsible for what you generate and where you post it. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules to protect the service and our provider accounts.

Your content & ownership

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and, subject to your plan and applicable law, the videos VuStory generates for you — yours to publish and monetize. You grant us the limited licence needed to process your content through our providers to deliver the service. AI-generated output can be imperfect or resemble other works; you’re responsible for reviewing it before you publish.

Plans, billing & usage

VuStory is subscription-based with usage limits (measured in finished videos per month). When paid billing is enabled, prices, included usage, and any top-ups will be shown at checkout; subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime. Generation has real costs, so usage limits and fair-use protections apply.

No guarantees

We don’t guarantee that any platform will monetize, approve, or keep up your content — platforms judge your channel, not our software. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using VuStory and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to comply with the law.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date, and material changes will be made reasonably visible. Continuing to use VuStory means you accept the updated terms.
